The 100,000 jobs for young people initiative brings together more than 40 prominent retail companies committed to transforming the employment landscape for disadvantaged youth. By offering structured work placements ranging from two to four weeks, these retailers aim to equip participants with essential skills, professional confidence, and real-world experience that will facilitate their transition into sustainable employment.

The partnership includes household names such as Marks & Spencer, the John Lewis Partnership, Asda, and Pets at Home, alongside numerous other retail organizations across the United Kingdom.
