DJ Moby Says ‘Trump Is Not America’: ‘Clearly Battling Frontotemporal Dementia’

January 24, 2026
in Americas

Far-left DJ star Moby recently made headlines when he took to social media to attack President Donald Trump and claim that he is “battling” mental health issues. The musician, known for his outspoken political views, did not hold back in his criticisms of the current leader of the United States.

In a recent post on his Instagram account, Moby wrote, “Trump is not America. He is a disgrace to our country and everything it stands for.” The post was accompanied by a photo of Trump with the words “Not My President” written over it. Moby went on to accuse Trump of having “frontotemporal dementia,” a form of dementia that affects the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain.

These strong words from Moby have sparked a heated debate among his fans and followers. While some have praised him for speaking out against Trump, others have criticized him for making such a bold and personal accusation. But regardless of where one stands on the political spectrum, Moby’s words have certainly caused a stir.

It is no secret that Moby is a vocal opponent of Trump and his administration. He has been a vocal critic of the president’s policies and actions, often using his platform as a musician to express his views. But this recent attack on Trump’s mental health has taken things to a new level.

In his post, Moby also shared a link to an article from Breitbart, a conservative news outlet, which reported on his comments. The article’s headline read, “DJ Moby Says ‘Trump Is Not America’: ‘Clearly Battling Frontotemporal Dementia’.” This has only added fuel to the fire, as Breitbart is known for its support of Trump and its criticism of liberal figures like Moby.

But despite the backlash, Moby stands by his words. In a follow-up post, he wrote, “I stand by my belief that Trump is not mentally fit to lead this country. And I will continue to speak out against his destructive actions.”

Moby’s accusations have also raised questions about the role of mental health in politics. While it is not uncommon for politicians to face scrutiny over their physical health, mental health is a topic that is often avoided. But Moby’s bold statement has brought this issue to the forefront.

Some have questioned the validity of Moby’s claims, arguing that it is not appropriate to diagnose someone with a mental illness without proper medical qualifications. Others have pointed out that it is not fair to stigmatize those with mental health issues by using them as a means to attack political opponents.

However, Moby’s accusations have also sparked a larger conversation about the importance of mental health in our society. The fact that a public figure like Moby is bringing attention to this issue is significant, as it helps to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and encourages open discussion.

It is important to note that Moby is not the first to question Trump’s mental fitness for office. Numerous mental health professionals have raised concerns about his behavior and actions, with some even going so far as to call for his removal from office. But Moby’s comments have brought this issue to a wider audience and have sparked a much-needed conversation about the role of mental health in politics.

In the end, regardless of one’s political beliefs, it is clear that Moby’s words have struck a chord with many. Whether or not one agrees with his views, it is undeniable that he is passionate about his beliefs and is using his platform to speak out against what he sees as a threat to the values of America.

In conclusion, Moby’s recent attack on President Trump and his mental health has caused quite a stir. While some may see it as an inappropriate and personal attack, others see it as a necessary conversation about the role of mental health in politics. Whatever one’s stance may be, it is clear that Moby is not afraid to use his platform to voice his opinions and speak out against what he believes to be a danger to the country.
