At least 12 dead, 17 missing as Storm Bualoi batters Vietnam

At least 12 people have been tragically killed and 17 fishermen are missing after Tropical Storm Bualoi wreaked havoc in central Vietnam, according to state media reports on Monday.

The deadly storm hit the Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces over the weekend, causing severe flooding and strong winds.
