Marlow: Alien Enemies Act Decision Marks Beginning of the End of Judicial Tyranny from District Court Judges

On Tuesday’s “Alex Marlow Show,” host and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow discussed the recent Supreme Court ruling on deportation. Marlow highlighted the significance of the decision, stating that “the most important part of this ruling is that it marks the beginning of the end of judicial tyranny from district court judges.”

The ruling in question pertains to the Alien Enemies Act, which allows for the deportation of non-citizens deemed to be a threat to national security. The case in question involved a non-citizen who had been detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for over six months without a bond hearing. The Supreme Court ultimately ruled in favor of the government, stating that the Act allows for indefinite detention without a bond hearing.

Marlow emphasized that the court’s opinion made it clear that Judge James Boasberg, who had previously ruled against the government, had overstepped his bounds and acted outside of his jurisdiction. This decision, according to Marlow, is a significant step towards reining in the power of district court judges and restoring balance to our judicial system.

The issue of judicial activism has been a hotly debated topic in recent years, with many arguing that unelected judges have been making decisions that go beyond their role as interpreters of the law. Marlow pointed out that this ruling is a clear indication that the Supreme Court is taking steps to address this issue and protect the rule of law.

Marlow went on to explain that this decision has far-reaching implications, not just for immigration cases, but for all areas of law where district court judges have been known to overstep their authority. He stated that this ruling sets a precedent for future cases and sends a strong message to lower court judges that they cannot simply make decisions based on their personal beliefs or political agendas.

Furthermore, Marlow highlighted the importance of this ruling in the context of the current political climate, where the issue of immigration has been a divisive and contentious topic. He argued that this decision is a win for the American people, as it upholds the government’s ability to protect our national security and enforce our immigration laws.

In conclusion, Marlow’s analysis of the Supreme Court’s deportation ruling highlights the significance of this decision in terms of restoring balance to our judicial system and curbing the power of district court judges. This ruling marks a step towards upholding the rule of law and protecting the American people. As Marlow aptly stated, “this is just the beginning of the end of judicial tyranny from district court judges.”
