Shooter kills at least 7, including 2 children, in Montenegro attacks

Tragedy struck the peaceful city of Cetinje in Montenegro on Wednesday when a shooter opened fire in a bar and another site, resulting in the tragic deaths of at least 7 people, including two innocent children. The incident has shocked the entire nation and left the community in mourning.
